Most orders placed by 3 PM Pacific Time (Monday thru Friday, excluding holidays) are shipped the same day. Most orders are received within 3-7 business days of ordering.
We currently ship to all 50 US states and US territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, US Virgin Islands, etc.). We also ship to APO and FPO addresses via US Postal Priority Mail. Orders shipped to military addresses are done so at the customer's risk since we are unable to track and confirm delivery once they enter the military mail system.
In the unlikely event that we are out of stock of an item that's not listed as such on our web site we will contact you via email with the estimated shipping date at which point you can cancel your order if you choose.
