We deal in volume. We'd rather make a little bit of money from each customer selling more cartridges than a lot of money from a few customers selling fewer cartridges. Word-of-mouth is our best advertising. If we save you money and offer great service you're most likely to tell someone else.

Are your compatible cartridges as good as the OEM brands?

Absolutely. Our compatible cartridges are fully tested chemically and physically to ensure that they are compatible with the OEM cartridges and safe for the printers. The compatible cartridge plants are also ISO 9001 certified to ensure quality standards.

How do I know which cartridge my printer uses?

You can select your printer brand from our main page and it will take you to a page listing all of the models of that brand that we carry cartridges for.

What if I'm unhappy with my order?

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you're unhappy with your order for any reason, return the item(s) within 30 days of purchase for a prompt refund of the purchase price. Shipping is non-refundable.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

We ship orders via USPS Priority Mail and UPS and most arrive in 3 days or less. What's nice about using the US Postal Service is that it allows us to ship to PO boxes and APO/FPO addresses and they deliver on Saturday for no extra charge, unlike UPS and FedEx. If you submit your order by 3 PM Pacific Time we will ship it the same day.

Orders which contain cartridges for HP or Lexmark can take up to 8 business days as these products are shipped by UPS Ground or USPS Parcel Post service.

How much is shipping?

Do you ship Internationally?

Sorry, we don't. We do ship to APO, FPO and US territory addresses via USPS Priority Mail for the same $3.95 flat-rate.

Am I safe using my credit card to order from your site?

Absolutely. In fact you are safer ordering from our site than a lot of the big name companies. When you place your order it is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption to our secure server. We then print out your order and delete your information from the server. This last part is what a lot of companies don't do. Instead your information stays on their server which is still connected to the Internet where it can possibly be retrieved by an unauthorized individual. Our feeling is that they can't steal what isn't there, thus the reason we delete it.
