Return & Exchange Policy

We offer a 90-Day Money Back Satisfaction Guarantee and a 1-year Replacement Warranty on all our Ink & Toner Cartridges from the day of purchase.

If your invoice date has passed 90 Days, we will not be able to honor any refund request. Please keep in mind that our 90-Day Money Back Guarantee does not cover cartridges which are empty from use.

If your invoice date has passed 1 Year, we will not be able to honor any warranty request. Please keep in mind that our 1-year Replacement Warranty does not cover cartridges which are empty from use.

Please keep in mind that shipping charges are not refundable.

All returns must obtain return authorization. Packages returned without an assigned authorization number on the outer box will NOT be processed and will be returned to the sender.

Defective Cartridges:

If you have a defective cartridge you may return it for a replacement or refund subject to the following guidelines:

- The customer will receive full refund.
- All cartridges returned as defective will be inspected
- If cartridge is determined non-defective, the customer will incur 20% restocking fee

Please make sure the products you are returning to us were ordered from our company. We do not accept products that were purchased at other companies.

Unopened & Non-Defective Cartridges:

All unopened or non-defective cartridges may be returned for a refund subject to the following guidelines:

- Products must be in their original packaging and sellable condition
- 20% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund or credit memo.
- $12.15 shipping cost will be deducted from the refund or credit memo.

We are only responsible for products purchased from our company. If products returned to us were not ordered from our company, we will not issue credit of any type and the cartridges will be sent to a recycling facility. Please make sure the products you are returning to us were ordered from our company.

Cancelled & Refused Orders:

A 20% restocking and $12.15 shipping fee will be applied to all cancelled and/or refused orders. This fee is to help recover some of the cost associated with processing the order such as shipping and handling, credit card fees and marketing cost.

Exchanges:

- If you replaced printer
- If your printer broke
- If you ordered incorrect cartridges and want to order correct cartridges, you may do so by following the steps below:

Step 1: Cartridges must be unopened and in their original box or sealed bag. Opened cartridges cannot be exchanged.

Step 2: Call customer service to place a new order for the correct cartridges compatible to your printer, so that a new order number is generated and the order is shipped to you immediately.

Step 3: Obtain a return authorization number for the unused/unopened cartridges you want to return.

Step 4: Return the incorrect cartridges to us. Upon receipt of the incorrect cartridges we will issue a full refund, minus a $12.15 shipping charge.

Shipping Charges:

Shipping charges are not refundable except in the event of packing error on our part.

Refunds:

We must receive the defective cartridges or returned package before we can issue refunds. If we do not receive your defective cartridges or returned package, we will not be able to issue any refund. Customers are responsible for returning their order. We are not responsible for lost returns.

Refunds are made only in the method in which they were paid. i.e: if a customer used his/her credit card for the purchase, the same credit card will be credited

Please allow 7 business days after receipt of your product for the credit to be issued.

We are only responsible for products purchased from our company. Products returned past our specified time periods above will not be eligible for any refund or replacement.
