We accept 3 forms of payment - credit cards, checks and money orders. The credit cards we accept are American Express, Discover, Mastercard & Visa.

Select your Payment Method on the Secure Shopping Cart page of our checkout process.

Select one of the following from the dropdown menu: VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Optima, Discover, Purchase Order or Mail Order/FAX Order (check or money order).

If you select a credit card, fill out the form with the billing address of the credit card you are using. This address needs to match the address where you receive your credit card bills.

If the address you provide on this form doesn't match the credit card billing address your order will be delayed and possibly cancelled. This is done as one of our fraud prevention measures.

Once you fill out the form, click on the FINISH button at the bottom of the page to submit your order.

If you select Mail Order/FAX Order, fill out the form with the shipping address where you would like your order shipped.

Orders paid with a check may be held up to 14 Business Days. This is done as one of our fraud prevention measures.

After completing the form, click on the FINISH button at the bottom of the page to submit your order.

Checks or Money orders must be in US dollars drawn on a United States bank.
