Return Policy

If you are unhappy with your order for any reason just return it to source4ink within 30 days of purchase with a copy of your packing slip for a prompt refund of the purchase price. Shipping is non-refundable.

4 Year Performance Warranty

If our product fails to perform to your satisafaction within 4 years of purchase date, contact us at sales@source4ink.com with your packing slip number and we will assist you in fixing the problem.

If we are unable to help you remedy the problem we will replace the cartridge for you. Warranty does not cover cartridges which are empty from use.

This warranty applies to all products.
